Established in 2010, Aawaaz Speech and Hearing Care Centre is a specialised facility committed to providing comprehensive services in the fields of audiology and child development. Since our inception, we have remained dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments and developmental challenges through evidence-based, client-centred care.
Our centre offers a full spectrum of audiological services, including hearing assessments (Puretone Audiometry, Impedance Audiometry, OAE etc…) hearing aid fitting and programming, and auditory rehabilitation. We are equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and a range of the latest hearing aids from world renowned brands like Signia, Phonak, Starkey, Widex etc. to support individuals of all ages.
In addition to audiology, our Child Development Centre delivers multidisciplinary interventions for children with speech and language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, learning difficulties, behavioural issues and related conditions. Our services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, Behavioural Therapy, Early intervention programs, and special education support, all tailored to the unique needs of each child.

Ms. Suneera, an accomplished Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist, brings over 18 years of experience in the field of speech, hearing, and developmental disorders. Her career began at the renowned Ananthapuri Hospital & Research Centre, Trivandrum, where she gained valuable clinical experience and exposure to a wide range of audiological and speech-language conditions.
Driven by a deep commitment to early intervention and inclusive care, Ms. Suneera went on to establish Aawaaz Speech & Hearing Care Centre in 2010. Her vision was to create a dedicated, multidisciplinary space where individuals with hearing impairments and children with developmental challenges could receive comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based support under one roof.
Over the years, Ms. Suneera has developed a distinctive result oriented therapy methodology tailored specifically for children with Autism. Her approach focuses on individualised care and measurable progress, and she takes a hands-on role in personally monitoring each child's development to ensure timely and meaningful improvement.
Ms. Suneera's dedication to clinical excellence and her empathetic approach have earned her the trust and respect of countless families. She continues to be a guiding force at Aawaaz, leading the team with integrity, passion, and a steadfast commitment to making a difference in every life touched by the centre.

I have brought an Starkey hearing aid for my mother from Aawaaz Cherthala. I really appreciate their effort to explain about the product and usage to make the patient feel comfortable. Earlier I had purchased hearing aid from one of the leading hearing aid centre in Ernakulam and the experience was not that good. But this was really good. I purchased an Siemens hearing aid for my grand mother from Aawaaz Speech and Hearing Care Centre about a month ago. The service is really good. My grand mother can hear clearly and she is happy. She was using another hearing aid earlier that was purchased from another clinic but that was not giving desired results.
Very good service by this people. I am a hearing aid wearer for years and the hearing aids purchased from ernakulam different centres were not giving me desired results, then I once I happened to visit Aawaaz and they reprogrammed my old hearing aid then it was working fine. My 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with Delayed speech and I visited this centre. I had a very short time as I have to return abroad. For the first time when I visited their centre I was literally concerned about my daughters future; however the speech pathologist's counselling was really good and that gave me confidence.
